PURPOSE: A puzzle grip band for sports and a setting method thereof are provided to facilitate the discrimination of the whole draft. CONSTITUTION: A puzzle grip band for sports comprises a grip band body. The grip band body is formed in a long and thin plate shape and is spirally rolled on a handle(300). The whole draft of the puzzle piece is expressed in the surface of the grip band. The whole draft is formed in a rectangular shape. The width of the whole draft is the same as the perimeter of the handle. The length of the whole draft is the same or shorter than the length of the central part of the handle.
