METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CELLULOSE HOLLOW FIBER MEMBRANE AND WATER PURIFIER USING THE MEMBRANE

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing cellulose-based hollow fiber membranes and a water purifying apparatus using the same are provided to omit a pre-carbon filter by securing chlorine resistance characteristic based on the cellulose-based follow fiber membranes. CONSTITUTION: A water purifying apparatus includes a settling filter(102), a hollow fiber separating membrane filter(104), and a carbon filter(106). The settling filter filters feed water. The hollow fiber separating membrane filter purifies the feed water through the settling filter. The hollow fiber separating membrane filter is based on cellulose-based materials. The carbon filter purifiers the feed water through the hollow fiber separating membrane filter. The cellulose-based materials are cellulose ester or include one or more of cellulose acetate, cellulose triacetate, or cellulose butyrate.
