GRAPHENE FILM AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A graphene film and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the nonuniformity and excessive formation of multi-layered graphene by maintaining a roughness of 0.0001-0.35 micron meters on a drum surface. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a graphene film is as follows. A single-crystal sheet of Ni(Nickel), Cr(Chromium), or Ti(Titanium) material is attached to a drum surface. The drum surface is polished to a surface roughness of 0.0001-0.35micron meters in order to obtain electrolytic copper foil. The drum surface is anodized to form an oxide layer, and the electrolytic copper foil is separated.
