PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a reverse osmosis membrane and the reverse osmosis membrane with the high durability manufactured by the same are provided to maintain the performance of the membrane by suppressing the delamination phenomenon of layers. CONSTITUTION: A doping solution is applied on non-woven fabric(1), and ultrafiltration membrane(UF) supporting layer(2) is formed. The UF supporting layer is immersed in basic solution in order to primarily modify the surface of the UF supporting layer. The UF supporting layer is immersed into multifunctional aromatic amine solution in order to secondary modify the surface of the UF supporting layer. The UF supporting layer is immersed into the organic solvent of a multifunctional reactive compound in order to induce interfacial polymerization.
