PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of bicycle parts using a soluble solid mold is provided to reduce the probability of failure by excluding a high-pressure injection process. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of bicycle parts using a soluble solid mold(2) is as follows. A polymer composite(C) is attached to the surface of the soluble solid mold and an element(R) is molded. The molded element is inserted in an inner mold(M1). The inner mold is inserted in an outer mold(M2). A molded product(R2) is plasticized with pressing and heating. The inner mold and the outer mold are separated. The molded product is ejected from the inner mold.
