APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR MOULD CONSTRUCTION OF FIXED PITCH PROPELLER

PURPOSE: A device and a method for mold construction of fixed pitch propeller are provided to improve casting ability by molding wing part and a boss part in one body by using a top-bottom separated type model. CONSTITUTION: A device for mold construction of fixed pitch propeller comprises a wing part-top flask(10), and a wing part-down flask(20). The wing part-top flask and the wing part-down flask are consisting of lattice shape, and mounted to a top and a bottom model(19,29). The top and the bottom model are able to be separated to top and bottom, and formed to a boss part(50) by one body type. The wing part down flask is reversible upwardly and downwardly. A top and a bottom casting flame are manufactured by molding sand putted into the wing part-top flask and the wing part-down flask. The wing part-top flask and the wing part-down flask(20) respectively equip a base part(60).
