PURPOSE: A rear wheel driving apparatus is provided to conveniently use and to reduce number of components by implementing forward movement, backward movement, and brake functions using pedals. CONSTITUTION: A rear wheel driving apparatus comprises a driving rotary axle(30), a driven rear wheel axle, a first direction latch clutch for forward movement(60), and a second direction latch clutch for rearward movement(70). The first direction latch clutch is interposed between the driving rotary axle and the drive rear wheel axle. The first and second direction latch clutches comprise first and second inner latch wheels, first and second pawls, first and second pawl supporting wheels, and first and second pawl operating wheels. The first and second inner latch wheels are coupled to inner circumference of the driven rear wheel axle. The first and second pawls hang on the first and second inner latch wheels. The first and second pawl supporting wheels support the first and second pawls by first and second hinge shafts. The first and second pawl operating wheels are coupled between outer circumferences of the first and second pawl supporting wheels and the driving rotary axle. |
