PURPOSE: A portable plant cultivator enabling users to grow plants in a narrow place is provided to use soil suitable for growing vegetables for beginners to easily cultivate the vegetables. CONSTITUTION: A portable plant cultivator comprises the following: a main body(20) including a hollow unit inside, and a folding unit(200) for folding the main body; a handle(40) formed on the main body; plural flowerpots(30) integrated to the main body; culturing soil stored inside the flowerpots; a water storage tank formed on the lower side of the flowerpots in a hollow structure; a seed storage box(50) with a storing unit, integrated to the main body; seeds for plants stored inside the seed storage box; plural water-passing holes formed on the bottom of the flowerpot; and a vent hole(90) connected to the water storage tank.
