摘要 <p>The invention relates to a prosthesis device (10), particularly a foot or leg prosthesis, comprising a prosthesis shaft (12), which can be coupled to the leg of a patient to be tended to, at least one tread body (16) for establishing contact with a ground surface (U), and at least one joint arrangement (22) joining the prosthesis shaft (12) to the treading attachment (16) in an articulated fashion, wherein the joint arrangement (22) is provided with actuating elements (52), which can be actively actuated by a control unit (38) such that the position of the tread body (16) relative to the prosthesis shaft (12) can be adjusted, characterized in that the prosthesis device (10) is provided with at least one sensor element (26, 28, 30, 32, 34, 36, 41) configured for the touch-free detection of the condition of the ground surface. The actuating elements (52) of the joint arrangement (22) can be actuated on the basis of the touch-free data collected by the sensor element (26, 28, 30, 32, 34, 36, 41) with respect to the condition of the ground surface (U). The invention further relates to a method for controlling such a prosthesis device.</p>
