PURPOSE: An electrode tag copy prevention method and a system thereof are provided to prevent illegal copy of an electronic tag by updating the electronic tag based on a smart phone and an application. CONSTITUTION: A web server(10) is connected to a mobile communication terminal(1) and supplies a webpage for the supply of the application. A management server(20) analyzes electronic tag information which is received from the mobile communication terminal through the web server. A user information database(24) outputs mobile communication terminal information and user information from the management server. A tag information database(23) stores electronic tag information from the mobile communication terminal.
