MANUFACTURING METHOD OF FURNITURE HAVING METAL PORTION COATED WITH FUNCTIONAL PARTICLE LAYER

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing furniture including a metal part coated with a functional particle layer is provided to improve the emitting effect of far infrared ray and anions by forming a coated layer on the surface of a film. CONSTITUTION: A coated layer(120) is formed on the surface of a metal part(110) by coating paint. Silver-sulfate-based complex and alkaline rear earth metal complex are mixed to obtain a mixed aqueous solution. The mixed aqueous solution is sprayed on the surface of the coated layer. The silver-sulfate-based complex is obtained by reacting salt aqueous solution with sulfate-based anion and sulfate aqueous solution with silver ions. The alkaline rear earth metal complex is obtained by neutralization of ammonium aqueous solution and salt aqueous solution with rear earth elements. A functional particle layer(130) is coated on the coated layer. Furniture(100) is assembled.
