PURPOSE: A flat panel display apparatus is provided to include a variable resistor in a termination resistor part, thereby performing an accurate impedance matching process regardless of the difference of load resistance properties. CONSTITUTION: A receiving terminal of a driver integrated circuit comprises an input buffer(141). The input buffer comprises a first input terminal(+) and a second input terminal(-). A termination resistor part(Rt) is connected between the first input terminal and the second input terminal of the input buffer. The termination resistor part comprises a first fixed resistor(Rt_POS), a first variable resistor(Rt_VAR+), and a second fixed resistor(Rt_NEG). The termination resistor part comprises a second variable resistor(Rt_VAR-), a first switch(SW1), a second switch(SW2), and a capacitor. The first and second switches are commonly closed in a high speed mode. The first and second switches are commonly opened in a low power consumption mode. The capacitor stably connects a first node and a second node.
