PURPOSE: A housing of a transformer with a compressed heat sink is provided to increase a cooling function of the transformer by easily circulating cooling oil filled in the housing through a flow path of the heat sink. CONSTITUTION: Several heat sinks(30) are radially arranged in a lateral plate(11) of an external box(10) of a housing. The heat sink is protruded to the outside. A tubular internal box(20) is overlapped with an intermediate inner surface of the external box. An inlet and an outlet are formed on the upper and lower sides of a groove(31). The external box and the internal box are integrated with adhesive. The groove of the heat sink is closed by a lateral plate(21) of the internal box to form a flow path of cooling oil.
