<p>The invention relates to a polyhydroxyalkanoic acid (PHA) composition, further including: (A) a core-shell elastomer compound; (B) and an olefin copolymer including an ethylenic monomer having an epoxy function. Said composition exhibits excellent impact properties, in particular to cold.
