PURPOSE: An insulating cable is provided to buffer impact in case of being applied of physical impact from outside, and to prevent the generation of electric shock, short circuit, etc by blocking leakage in case insulating coating is damaged by external impact. CONSTITUTION: An insulating cable(1000) comprises a core wire part(1100) comprising multi-stand cables(1110), a first insulating layer(1200) surrounding the core wire part, a second insulating layer(1300) surrounding the first insulating layer; a first lead layer(1400) surrounding the second insulating layer, a first strip part(1540) surrounding the one side of the lead layer by 1/2, a second strip part surrounding the one side of the lead layer by 1/2, a fourth layer surrounding a third layer(1500), a fifth layer(1700), a fifth layer surrounding the fourth layer, a second lead layer(1800) surrounding the fifth layer, a sixth layer surrounding the second lead layer, a seventh layer(2000) surrounding the sixth layer, and an insulating coating layer(2100) surrounding the external circumference of the second insulating layer by a polyethylene resin.
