CELL CHIP

PURPOSE: A cell chip for measuring reaction of a biomass is provided to prevent contact of culture liquid, reagent, and bio matrix to a filler. CONSTITUTION: A cell chip(100) comprises: a base member(110) having a plurality of through holes; a filler(120) which is movably coupled to the through holes; and a bio matrix(130) which is formed at the filler and contains a biomass(C). The filler is cylindrical or polyprism shape and is formed at one side of the filler. The plural through-holes are formed in an array. The bio matrix is formed of collagen or alginate. The cell chip further comprises a protrusion which prevents separation of the filler from the through-hole. The protrusion is formed at both ends of the filler.
