PURPOSE: A capacitive writing system and a device thereof, and a capacitive writing input device and a method thereof are provided to prevent smudges and contamination due to direct contact. CONSTITUTION: A panel unit(210) forms a conductive film and receives writing information by a writing device or a human body which generates a specific electrical signal. If the writing device or the human body contacts the conductive film, a recognition unit(220) recognizes a voltage increase and a specific electrical signal generated in the writing device. A control unit(230) distinguishes contact of the writing device from contact of the human body using the recognized electrical signal. The recognition unit includes a first sensor and a second sensor. The first sensor senses a voltage increase when the writing device or the human body contacts the conductive film. The second sensor senses the specific electrical signal which is generated in the writing device.
