PURPOSE: A glass composition for a ceramic substrate is provided to improve the corrosion resistance property and the mechanical property of a low temperature co-fired ceramics(LTCC) substrate by regulating the content of specific oxides. CONSTITUTION: The glass composition of an LTCC substrate includes 5-15mol% or 15mol% of MgO, 15-35mol% or 15 mol% of Nd_2O_3, 50-70mol% of 70mol% of B_2O_3, based on the total weight of the glass composition. The glass composition further includes 5-15mol% of ZnO and 15-35mol% of La_2O_3. The glass composition is obtained through a dry ball-mill mixing process, a sintering process, a wet ball-mill pulverizing process, a powder shaped glass composition forming process, a slurry forming process, a green sheet forming and compressing process, a sample cutting process, and another sintering process.
