PURPOSE: A long-term parking record and management system is provided to efficiently manage the information of a long-term parking vehicle by including a parking side sensor. CONSTITUTION: A parking side sensor is installed in a plurality of parking spaces. An upper control part controls the parking side sensor and a light emitting part. A central control computer communicates with the upper control part. The parking side sensor comprises a sensor part, the light emitting part and a communications part. The sensor part senses whether a vehicle is parked. The light emitting part visually indicates a parking condition. The communications part communicates with the upper control part.
