<p>The present invention relates to a device (1 ) for balancing a prosthetic implant for a patient, wherein it comprises a plate-shaped central body (2) having an upper side (2') and a lower side (2"), a base element (3) having an upper surface (3') removably couplable with said lower side (2") of said central body (2), and a flat lower surface (3"), an upper element (4) having a lower surface (4") removably couplable with said upper side (2') of said central body (2), and a flat upper surface (41), and means (10) for coupling said central body (2), said base element (3) and said upper element (4), the whole arrangement of said device (1 ) being such that said upper surface (4') of said upper element (4) is tilted with respect to said flat lower surface (3") of said base element (3) to a preset adjustment angle (a).
