PURPOSE: A method for controlling dehydration of a drum washing machine is provided to reduce a drum rotation speed if noise is higher than a reference value, thereby reducing the noise. CONSTITUTION: If a dehydration process starts, a control unit accelerates a rotation speed of a drum to become a target rotation speed(S1,S2). If the rotation speed of the drum becomes the target rotations speed, the control unit measures a noise value through a noise measuring unit(S3,S4). The control unit reduces or maintains the rotation speed of the drum according to a comparison result between the measured noise value and a set reference value(S5,S6,S8). |
