PURPOSE: A steel sheet for the porcelain enamel and a manufacturing method thereof without a void defect are provided to increase the moldability by controlling the content rate of carbon and niobium. CONSTITUTION: A steel sheet for a porcelain enamel without a void defect comprises C 0~0.0005 weight%, Mn 0.2~1.0 weight%, less than S 0~0.02 weight%, less than P 0~0.02 weight%, al 0.08~0.12 weight%, N 0.008~0.12 weight%, Nb 0.01~0.03 weight%, and the rest Fe and other inevitable impurities. A molar ratio of nitrogen and aluminum of a steel sheet for a porcelain enamel is 4~8. A molar ratio of carbon and niobium of the steel sheet for the porcelain enamel is 0.8~2. The precipitate size of the steel sheet for the porcelain enamel is 0.05~0.5μm.
