PURPOSE: A black heat radiation electrodeposition paint composition for a heat radiator or heat sink is provided to ensure excellent uniformity of a film thickness of a heat sink material and to obtain efficient heat characteristics. CONSTITUTION: A black heat radiation electrodeposition paint composition for a heat radiator or heat sink includes 20~40 weight% of water-soluble resins or acrylic resins, 5~10 weight% of catalysts, 0.5~1.0 weight% of antioxidants, 5~10 weight% of alcoholic solvents, 8~38 weight% of filler mixtures, and 30~40 weight% of pure water. The filler mixture includes 6~10 weight% of conductive carbon black, 40~48 weight% of conductive titanium dioxide, 10~16 weight% of conductive metal, 10~14 weight% of carbon nanotubes, and 20~28 weight% of aluminum silicate.
