PURPOSE: A fall and release prevention fastener is provided to prevent a washer from running idle in fastening by forming a fixing groove in an insertion groove of a bolt or screw-nut and a protrusion corresponding to the fixing groove in the washer. CONSTITUTION: A fall and release prevention fastener comprises a washer(20) and bolt(10). A magnet is formed inside of the washer. A saw-tooth type protrusion is formed outside of the washer. An insertion groove where the washer can be inserted is formed in the bolt. A projection(16) is formed in the bolt. The projection prevents a secession of the inserted washer.
