PURPOSE: A sensor electrode for biochemistry substance detection and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to produce a sensor electrode with improved sensitivity and stability at low cost. CONSTITUTION: A sensor electrode for biochemistry substance detection comprises a conductive electricity collector(210) and a nano-composite layer. The nano-composite layer comprises a central part made of metal and a nano-composite element(221) which is formed on the surface of the central part to surround the central part. The nano-composite element comprises a peripheral part made of inorganic substances and conductive polymer.
