PURPOSE: A white heat radiation electro-deposition paint composition is provided to enhance corrosion resistance, weather resistance, and thermal emissivity using an environment-friendly electron coating method. CONSTITUTION: A white heat radiation electro-deposition paint composition for a heat sink includes 20~40 weight% of a water-soluble epoxy resin or acrylic resin, 5~10 weight% of catalyst, 0.5~1.0 weight% of antioxidant, 10~30 weight% of filler mixture and 30~40 weight% of pure water. The filler mixture includes 30~35 weight% of conductive titanium dioxide, 8~12 weight% of conductive metal, 36~44 weight% of titanium oxide, and 15~21 weight% of aluminum silicate.
