OVER-HEAT PREVENTING MACHINE FOR SOLAR CELL AND THE OVER-HEAT PREVENTING METHOD USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An overheat protecting device and method of a cell for a solar cell board is provided to prevent a soldered ribbon to be dropped to the surface of the cell by secluding heat added to the cell by using a simple structure. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of heat source parts(100) is successively arranged in order to be separated at fixed intervals. A conveyer belt(200) moves according to the plurality of heat source parts in order to transfer a cell(1). An overheated protecting part(300) transfers the conveyer belt toward upper side in order to separate the conveyer belt from the plurality of heat source parts. The overheated protecting part is composed of a protruding member(320) and a pneumatic cylinder(310) consisting of a cylinder member(311) and a piston member(312). A heating source sensor(400) sensing temperature of a heating source created in the heat source part is installed in one side of the overheated protecting part.
