PURPOSE: A polyester film is provided to have excellent transparency and flexibility because of consisting of a biodegradable resin, and to have uniform physical properties, especially uniform flexibility, transparency, strength, elongation and Young's modulus. CONSTITUTION: A polyester film is formed by blending of polylactic acid with liquefied caprolactone. The number average molecular weight is 1,000-10,000. A manufacturing method of the polyester film comprises: a step of obtaining mixed resin by blending the polylactic acid and liquefied caprolactone polymer; a step of obtaining undrawn sheet by melting the mixed resin and extruding the mixed resin; and a step of drawing the undrawn sheet toward transverse and/or longitudinal direction, and thermally fixing the drawn sheet.
