PURPOSE: A conicity correction apparatus of pneumatic tires and conicity correction method using the same are provided to improve a pulling, a controlling stability, and a riding comport of a vehicle because a conicity correction apparatus of pneumatic tires is corrected by extending or contracting a capply cord or carcass code. CONSTITUTION: A conicity correction apparatus(1) of pneumatic tires comprises a fixing rim(20), a transfer cylinder(30), an air injector(50), a driving motor(40), a heating unit(60), and a position adjuster(70). The fixing rim is installed in the upper part of a table(10) to be rotated and a tire(100) is fixed to the fixing rim. The transfer cylinder injects air inside of the tire fixed to the fixing rim. The driving motor rotates the fixing rim where the tire is fixed. The heating unit heats a capply cord and carcass ply cord. The position adjuster adjusts a heating position to be different according to each tire by the heating member.
