PURPOSE: A dry wall with high sound insulation and crime prevention functions is provided to use a crime prevention function even if a sound absorbing material is damaged. CONSTITUTION: A dry wall(100) with high sound insulation and crime prevention functions comprises vertical studs(110), a safety net(120), fixing clips, a sound absorbing material(130), and surface plates(140). The vertical studs are installed in the longitudinal direction of the wall to be separated from each other. The safety net is installed between the vertical studs along the longitudinal direction of the wall. The fixing clips are installed in the safety net. The gap between the vertical studs is filled with the sound absorbing material. The surface plates are fixed to both sides of the wall.
