METHOD OF DRIVING ELECTRO-PHORETIC DISPLAY PANEL

PURPOSE: A driving method of an electrophoretic display panel is provided to apply a negative or positive charge to electrophoretic particles, thereby shortening time required for switching a full black screen to a full white screen and vice versa. CONSTITUTION: A driving section of an electrophoretic display panel includes an N-th screen section(PDN), an N-th full reset section(RSN), and an (N+1)-th screen section(PDN+1). First polarity voltage with respect to reference voltage is applied to the electrophoretic display panel. An N-th screen is displayed. The first polarity voltage is applied to the electrophoretic display panel. A first full gradation screen is displayed. Second polarity voltage is applied to the electrophoretic display panel. A second full gradation screen is displayed. An (N+1)-th screen is displayed on a screen.
