The device has a moving bottom which replaces a floor of a wagon. The moving bottom is formed of sections and covering sheets that form ribs (9) moved forward or backward using a cylinder system (8). A frame (10) of the moving bottom is fixed directly and easily on an empty frame of a bottom of the wagon, such that the moving bottom replaces the bottom of the wagon in a single module. The moving bottom includes a hydraulic station (17) and an electrical cabinet (18) that are arranged on a station platform.
