PURPOSE: A car owner call service providing system and method thereof are provided to enable a user to conveniently register car call service by enabling a user to transmit a text message. CONSTITUTION: A message reception unit(110) receives a message including car owner information from a car owner terminal. The car owner information includes car numbers and the address of a car owner. A car owner information management unit(120) analyzes the message received by the message reception unit. The car owner information management unit extracts the car owner information. A car owner information database(130) stores the extracted car owner information by respectively interlocking components of the extracted car owner information. A message transmission unit(150) transmits a service registration complete message to the car owner terminal.
