PURPOSE: A rice bag including a cap capable of easily storing and transferring rice is provided to enable users to simply open a plastic lid for discharging the rice. CONSTITUTION: A rice bag capable of easily storing and transferring rice includes a plastic cap, and an inlet on the side of the bag formed by the plastic cap. A plastic lid is attached to the plastic cap for users to easily open the bag from the side, and discharge the rice from the bag.
