摘要 PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a vinyl chloride-based polymer is provided to improve polymerization productivity, to reduce time for rising temperature, and to manufacture vinyl chloride-based polymer of high quality without the attachment of scale. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a vinyl chloride-based polymer comprises a step of conducting suspension polymerization by using protective colloid, a polymerization initiator, a vinyl chloride monomer, and a cross linking agent. In the suspension polymerization, a vinyl chloride based monomer is polymerized by using high-temperature polymerization water, and inner temperature of a jacket at finishing input of the reaction material to 40-62 °C. The suspension polymerization is conducted by putting the raw material into the reactor, and putting high-temperature polymerization water of 60-90 °C. The suspension polymerization is conducted within temperature range of 30-80 °C according to average polymerization degree.
