PURPOSE: A display device and a lenticular sheet are provided to improve picture quality of an stereo-scopic image by enhancing the regularity of brightness distribution. CONSTITUTION: A display device(1) comprises a lenticular sheet(100a) and a display panel(30). The display panel comprises a plurality of pixels arranged in a matrix type. The lenticular sheet is arranged in the upper part of the display panel and is equipped with a plurality of polyprism lenses. The polyprism lens is comprised of a flat portion or a curved portion. The rate of the planar section of the polyprism lens is 90% or greater.
