Disclosed is a cooling and heating apparatus for a vehicle seat, which efficiently circulates cooled or heated air to prevent degradation in heating/cooling efficiency. The cooling and heating device comprises: a seat including a mesh layer having a space in which air is accommodated; a cooling and heating device for heating or cooling the air supplied to the mesh layer; a supply duct for supplying the heated or cooled air to the mesh layer; and at least one exhaust port for connecting the mesh layer to the outside of the seat such that the air supplied to the mesh layer through the supply duct is discharged to the outside of the seat after being cooled or heated. According to the present invention, after the cooling or heating of the air, the air is quickly discharged through the exhaust port, thereby increasing heating/cooling efficiency. |
