<p>This laminated body is provided with a light transmissive support, a supported substrate supported by the support, an adhesive layer provided on a surface of the supported substrate on the side supported by the support, and a separation layer provided between the support and the supported substrate and containing a polymer which contains a structure having a light absorbing property in the repeating unit of the polymer, wherein the polymer is altered by absorbing light irradiated through the support.</p>
