PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescence device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve light emitting efficiency of the organic electroluminescence device by forming a capping layer of a conductive organic material which has a refractive index in a range for preventing total reflection of the upper part of a second electrode. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(130) is formed on a first substrate(120). A light emitting layer(140) is formed on the upper part of the first electrode. A second electrode(150) which has a work function value lower than the first electrode is formed on the upper part of the light emitting layer. A capping layer(160) which is comprised of a conductive organic material is formed on the upper part of the second electrode. A second substrate(170) which is attached on the first substrate is located on the upper part of the capping layer. |
