<p>PURPOSE: A lamp control system and a portable terminal apparatus thereof, and a building lamp control device and method are provided to save lamp energy by preventing an accessor to get out building without light off. CONSTITUTION: A lighting circuit part comprises one or more lighting circuits(151) installed inside of building, one or more local communications units(152), and one or more lighting circuit controllers(153). The local communications unit senses approach of an accessor by wirelessly communicating with a portable terminal of the accessor. The lighting circuit controller controls the lighting circuit according to the approach of the acceesor. The local communications unit is activated according to an active message received from a lighting control unit. The local communications unit transmits a lighting signal and lighting-out signal by sensing the approach of the acceesor. The lighting circuit controller transmits a lighting control signal.</p> |
