摘要 PURPOSE: A thermally stable oleophobic low adhesion coating is provided to have low cohesion and high contact angle to Uv curable gel ink and solid ink, thereby reducing and removing the leakage of ink to outside of a nozzle. CONSTITUTION: A thermally stable oleophobic low adhesion coating comprises low adhesion coating(26). A droplet of UV gel ink or solid ink has sliding angle of 30°or lower to a coating surface after exposing under the temperature of at least 200°C for 30 minutes. The oleophobic low adhesion coating comprises a first isocyanate compound, and a hydroxy-functionalized fluoro-crosslinked material, and additionally a second cyanate compound different with the first cyanate.
