PURPOSE: A flat plate laminated dial locker is provided to improve security by rotating the number of a disk dial to a release position. CONSTITUTION: A locking unit comprises a hooking recess(410), a release indented recess(420), a non-release indented recess, and a left and right moving locking unit. The hooking recess is formed in multiple stages in a location corresponding to a horizontal penetrated unit(170) in a vertical axis(310). The release indented recess is formed in the circumference of a rotation operation axis(220). The left and right moving locking unit moves to the right and left by the operation of the rotation operation axis.
