PURPOSE: An air circulation structure of an electric roaster is provided to prevent the diffusion of the smell, smoke, gasoline and heat from outside with absorbing external air by an air-cut phenomenon. CONSTITUTION: An air circulation structure of an electric roaster comprises a roaster case. The roaster case comprises a first side air passage, a second side air passage, a grill(20), a middle cover(14) and an inlet port(16). The first and second side air passages have a first air hole and a second air hole, formed on two side circumferences. The grill is placed on a top of the roaster case, has a plurality of oil draining holes(21). The middle cover is connected to a lower part of the roaster case. The first side air passage and a bottom air passage are connected through the inlet port. An entrance of the second side air passage is connected to the bottom air passage and opened in the other side of the middle cover. Oil, smoke, smell from an Upper part of the grill are inhaled through the first air hole and discharged to the upper part of the grill again after oil, smoke, smell from an Upper part of the grill are mixed with the external air.
