PURPOSE: An internal voltage generating circuit and a memory device including the same are provided to implement a stable operation by generating an internal voltage of a constant level regardless of a power voltage mode. CONSTITUTION: If a power voltage mode is a high voltage mode, a first generating unit(301) down-converts a first power voltage and generates an internal voltage. If the power voltage mode is a low voltage mode, a second generating unit(303) down-converts a second power voltage which is higher than the first power voltage and generates the internal voltage. The internal voltage is maintained at a constant level regardless of the power voltage mode. |
