The device (1) has locking units (3) i.e. bolt, coupled with a displaceable attachment part of a vehicle by vertically penetrating into an inner mounting portion (4) i.e. inner metal sheet, of the attachment part and a mounting base plate (5). Pressure springs (7, 8) are arranged between the inner mounting portion and the plate, and completely radially surround the bolt. Locking elements (9, 10) are engaged into a recess (A5) on a circumferential surface of the bolt. The attachment part is moved away from the plate along a path defined in the bolt by the springs upon opening of the elements.
