PURPOSE: A tooth bone graft material and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to remove immune rejection against the human body and to be harmless to the human body. CONSTITUTION: A tooth bone graft material manufacturing method comprises: a first step(S100) of collecting and keeping a tooth; a second step(S200) of shattering the tooth into pieces; a third step(S300) of removing protein from the tooth and heat-treating the tooth at low temperature; a fourth step(S400) of removing fat from tooth powder and performing second protein removal; and a fifth step(S500) of sterilizing the tooth powder.
