PURPOSE: A rudder for a ship is provided to improve steering performance of a ship because increase of direct compressive force and decrease of torque are simultaneously promoted. CONSTITUTION: A rudder for a ship comprises a rudder horn(10), a main rudder blade(20), an auxiliary rudder blade(30), and a connection part(40). The main rudder blade is rotatably coupled to the rudder horn. The auxiliary rudder blade is coupled in both sides of the main rudder blade. The connection part is interposed between the main rudder blade and the auxiliary rudder blade. |
