<p>In this radiography system and radiograph generation method that generate an absorption image and a phase contrast image of a subject, an absorption image is generated having a reduced or eliminated density unevenness on the basis of a plurality of image data acquired for generating the phase contrast image. [Solution] An X-ray imaging system (10) is provided with: a first absorbent grating (31); a second absorbent grating (32) which has a period that essentially matches the pattern period of the radiograph formed by the radiation that has passed through the first grating, and which is disposed at a plurality of relative positions that differ from each other with respect to the radiograph; an FPD (30) that acquires a plurality of image data by detecting the radiograph that has been masked by the second absorbent grating disposed at the relative positions; a phase contrast image generation unit (27) that generates a phase contrast image on the basis of a plurality of subject image data acquired by the FPD when a subject is imaged disposed between the first grating and a grating pattern or in front of the first grating in the direction of progress of the radiation that passes through the first grating; and an absorption image generation unit (28) that generates an absorption image on the basis of the plurality of subject image data. The absorption image generation unit performs shading correction of the absorption image.</p> |
