METHOD AND DEVICE FOR SEPARATING GANGUE UNDER WELL

A method and a device for separating gangue under well are provided. The separating method includes the following steps: dropping rough coal (100) from high place, providing a side impact force to the rough coal by impact on the path of the rough coal dropping, and separating the coal (101) and the gangue (102) in the rough coal according to different pop-up distance of dropping object by impact. The method can substantially reduce an ineffective transport and achieve in-situ backfill of the down-hole gangue. The separating device includes a first belt conveyer and a second belt conveyer. The first belt conveyer conveys the rough coal and the second belt conveyer conveys the coal obtained by excluding most of gangue from the rough coal. The material export (10) of the first belt conveyer is above the conveyer belt (11) of the second belt conveyer in the vertical direction. A rotating body (1) for impacting the rough coal is provided between the material export of the first belt conveyer and the conveyer belt of the second belt conveyer and the rotating axis (3) of the rotating body for impacting the rough coal is horizontal and perpendicular to the conveying direction of the first belt conveyer. The separating device has the advantages of simple structure, safe and reliable operation, small occupation space and easy implementation in the well.
