摘要

The instant invention describes an immobilization method for the enzyme Candida Antarctica lipase B for the production of (S)- ?-fluoroleucine ethyl ester via selective enzyme mediated dynamic kinetic resolution ring opening of the azalactone. The enzyme can be utilized in either a batch reactor and a continuous plug flow column reactor packed with the immobilized Candida Antarctica lipase B preparation.
